Procedure for Handling Copyright Infringement Claims

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, Missouri PDF Forms will promptly take the following steps:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or access to it has been disabled.
  • Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the content.

Repeat infringers will have all material posted to the Missouri PDF Forms website removed and their access to the service disabled.

Counter-Notification
